Our Award-Winning History

The last couple of years have been very exciting for us at Luminous Electric. At the beginning of 2014, we won the Angie’s List Super Service Award, which recognizes the outstanding service a company provided to members of the Angie’s List consumer review service.

Eligibility for this award requires good standing with Angie’s List and an “A” rating in consumer-centric categories such as professionalism, price, punctuality, and more. Companies featured on Angie’s List also must undergo a background check and must have a complete profile on the Angie’s List Website.

During this time, we also expanded our staff of technicians and increased the number of service vehicles available to our crews. The surge in business over the last half of 2013 made a larger staff and more equipment necessary.

Our Master Electrician

Luminous Electric also has a master electrician on staff. A master electrician’s skills are far more advanced than those of journeyman electrical contractors and they have undergone six additional years of training in fundamental electricity theory, building codes, safety regulations, and project management. To become a master electrician, you must attend and pass classes at an accredited school.
